1. Who we are

Harmonia Bundle is operated by TMC Publishing Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), C/O The Accountancy Partnership, Twelve Quays House, Egerton Wharf, Wirral, United Kingdom, CH41 1LD. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use harmoniabundle.com (the “Site”) and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password, or your Google account email/name if you sign in with Google. Order and subscription information: purchase history and subscription status — billing is handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. Usage information: tracks you favorite or download, used to power features like My Favorites and My Downloads. Cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus advertising pixels (see Section 4).

3. How we use your information

To create and manage your account, process purchases and subscriptions, deliver downloads and license confirmations, send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets), and improve the Site.

4. Advertising & analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors use the Site. This may set cookies and share limited data (such as your IP address and browser information) with Meta. You can control this through your browser or ad-platform privacy settings.

5. Third parties we share data with

Stripe (payment processing), Google (optional sign-in), SendGrid (transactional email delivery), and Meta (advertising). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with our legal and tax obligations.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@harmoniabundle.com. To delete your account, email us from your account’s registered email address.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted password storage and HTTPS, to protect your data — but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
